• Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and Sialkot
• All other cities and towns served by major courier services in Pakistan

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are as follows:

For large or heavy equipment such as floor-standing photocopiers, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination. Contact us via WhatsApp for an exact shipping quote before placing your order.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after order confirmation and payment:

• Rawalpindi / Islamabad: Same-day to 1 business day
• Punjab major cities: 2–3 business days
• Sindh and KPK: 3–5 business days
• Balochistan and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Here is how the process works:

1. Place your order via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website
2. Our team confirms product availability and provides a total cost including shipping (if applicable)
3. Payment is made via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash on delivery (for select areas)
4. Once payment is confirmed, the product is inspected, tested, and carefully packaged
5. The order is dispatched and you receive tracking information via WhatsApp

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number and details via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's website. For local deliveries within Rawalpindi and Islamabad, our delivery team will coordinate directly with you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

7. Packaging and Handling

We take extra care when packaging sensitive electronic equipment:

• All printers and photocopiers are packed in double-layered cardboard boxes with foam padding
• Fragile components such as glass scanners and paper trays are secured separately
• Toner cartridges and consumables are sealed in protective bags to prevent leakage
• All packages are clearly labeled as "Fragile" and "Handle with Care"

8. Delivery and Installation

For customers in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, we offer free delivery and installation for large equipment such as photocopiers and multifunction printers. Our technician will:

• Deliver and unbox the equipment at your location
• Install and configure the machine including network and driver setup
• Test the machine to ensure proper functioning
• Provide a brief training on basic operation and maintenance

For orders shipped outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad, we provide remote setup assistance via WhatsApp video call if needed.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please:

1. Do not discard the packaging material
2. Take clear photos or videos of the damage immediately
